Weddings, Engagement parties, Bridal showers, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, Adult and Kids Birthday parties, Tailgates, Holiday parties - just to name a few!
Pricing varies based on the type of event, guest count, how many hours of serving time you want and any special add-ons. Don't worry - we will map everything out for you!
Base Price is $500, depending on selected package.
We provide everything you need! In addition to the mobile bar with the set-up and breakdown, you will receive TIPS-certified bartenders for a minimum of 3 hours, a custom-framed personalized menu, bar equipment, ice/coolers, heavy-duty plastic drink ware, cocktail napkins (color of your choice), plastic stirrers, garnishes and mixers.
Our Add-On Services include event decor (think an arch of balloons in your event colors), neon-custom signage (for you to keep!), custom napkins, drink-ware, stirrers, custom koozies and our hand-crafted champagne wall (coming soon!)
Additional bartenders will be provided for events with 100+ guests and/or add'l hours needed (for an add'l charge).
We do not include alcohol. Due to licensing restrictions by the State of North Carolina, we do not provide or sell any alcohol and we cannot accept any payment for any alcohol. Payment must be paid separately by the Client.
Once you choose your package and we have an idea of how many guests will be attending, we will work with you on how much alcohol to order (through our handy-dandy alcohol calculator). We work with a great supplier that will help you place your order.
You have 48 hours from booking to cancel with a full refund of the deposit after which no refunds will be granted.
If there is inclement weather, we can work with you or your event coordinator for tent options to accommodate the bar.
If you do need to postpone, you may apply your deposit to another event within 12 months of your original event date, subject to availability. A sub-contract will be created reflecting the date change.
The bar is pulled or backed into place with a tow vehicle and measures 8ft 2in tall, 9ft wide, and 7ft 4in long, and weighing nearly 2,500 pounds - clearance to and from our final destination is extremely important. The mobile bar CANNOT be pushed or pulled into place, it must be moved by the tow vehicle. In the event we determine that it is unsafe or unable to place the trailer at the specified location, we reserve the right to park the trailer in a more suitable and safe location at the event. If you plan to place the bar inside a tent, we must approve the tent measurements prior to booking. The bar will need to be on a flat surface and we recommend 8-10 ft in front of the trailer for serving guests.
Absolutely! We carry General & Liquor Liability Insurance.
Yes, a standard outlet is required. If one cannot be provided, we will supply a generator at an add'l charge.
The first 60 miles from Charlotte are on us! After that, a travel fee will apply.
We require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
We accept all major credit cards, a 3% processing fee is required.
The additional 50% is due no less than 60 days prior to your event.
